A PLAN FOR THE WAY YOU WORK
Start with the business. Connect the technology.
Office technology becomes harder to manage when responsibility is spread across a building provider, an internet carrier, software suppliers and an internal contact. We help Maitland businesses define the boundaries and document the systems between them. That clarity is useful whether you are taking a new suite, changing providers or improving an established workplace.
01
Know where the building service ends.
Confirm the internet handoff, cabling access, equipment locations and permissions for installation. Building-provided connectivity and your private network are not the same thing. We can scope the network work once those boundaries are understood.
Review shared mailboxes, collaboration spaces and user access before moving data or changing providers. Microsoft 365 work should have named administrators and clear ownership. Migration effort and additional managed services are quoted separately.
List administrator access, equipment, support contacts and recurring maintenance. A provider change should not leave the next person guessing. Managed IT can build on that documented baseline with support, monitoring, updates and monthly reporting.

No passwords or confidential records in the enquiry form. We arrange any sensitive information exchange separately.
THE LOCAL PERSPECTIVE
Maitland. Your business context.
The City of Maitland identifies the Maitland Center and Summit area as a significant office district. Our planning focus is the technology inside a leased business space: the connection into the suite, the network within it, the accounts people use and the service responsibilities around them.
Service is delivered by Nexgen Business Solutions from our Orlando headquarters. We confirm the business address, remote support needs and any visit arrangements before committing to on-site work. Your agreement defines included hours and response commitments.
The free discovery call is followed, if you proceed, by a paid Business Systems Audit. You receive a written Systems Report with priorities and a recommended tier. The audit fee is credited toward your plan.
Can you help us move into a Maitland office suite?
We can scope network and workstation planning once the address, layout, building permissions and internet arrangements are known. Moving, migration and installation work are quoted before the project starts.
Will you manage building-wide internet service?
We first establish the carrier and building provider responsibilities. Nexgen’s scope can cover the business network and agreed systems; it does not automatically include infrastructure owned by the landlord or carrier.
What should we collect from an outgoing IT provider?
Ask for equipment records, authorized administrator access, licensing details, network documentation and support contacts. Exchange passwords through a secure agreed process, not the public enquiry form.
