People-first help desk
Remote and phone support gives your staff somewhere to turn for day-to-day problems. Tickets, documentation and escalation keep the request connected to the people who can help.
NEXGEN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS / MANAGED IT & SUPPORT
Keep your team moving with everyday support, proactive monitoring and a clear plan for your technology.
BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION
When a workstation stops cooperating, your team needs a clear way to get help. When systems are working, they still need updates, protection and someone paying attention. Managed IT brings those responsibilities into one ongoing relationship.
Nexgen Business Solutions supports businesses from our Orlando headquarters, with on-site service across Central Florida and remote support for distributed teams. We start by understanding your devices, business applications and working hours, then recommend a service tier with the scope in writing.
A CLEAR SCOPE
Remote and phone support gives your staff somewhere to turn for day-to-day problems. Tickets, documentation and escalation keep the request connected to the people who can help.
Remote monitoring, patch management and endpoint protection are included in every managed IT plan. Monthly reporting gives you a record of the work and the priorities ahead.
Device counts, support hours and on-site needs shape the right fit. We document the environment and agree response commitments for the chosen tier, rather than assuming every business works the same way.
Live engineers during business hours. After hours, our automated line records your request, opens a ticket and routes it according to your plan. Extended and 24/7 coverage vary by tier.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
All plans include remote monitoring, remote and phone help, patching, endpoint protection, ticketing, documentation and monthly reporting. On-site hours, coverage windows and response commitments vary by plan. Advanced security, Microsoft 365 management, cloud backup and disaster recovery are scoped separately.
Start with a discovery call about your environment, the current agreement and the problems you want to solve. A paid Business Systems Audit identifies priorities and the recommended tier. Access handover, documentation and any separately scoped migration are agreed before work begins.
Yes. Entry Level IT and Business Complete serve offices with 3 to 6 devices. Essential covers 7 to 10, with larger tiers for growing teams and multiple locations. A server counts as two devices.
Book a free discovery call. If the fit is right, the next step is a paid Business Systems Audit with a written Systems Report. Its fee is credited toward your plan. Your agreement confirms services, pricing, coverage and terms.
