GOOD QUESTIONS
Know what you’re choosing.
How do you count devices?
A managed workstation counts as one device. A server counts as two. We confirm the device count and anything else your environment requires during the assessment.
What is included in every managed IT plan?
Remote monitoring, phone and remote help, patching, endpoint protection, ticketing and documentation, and monthly reporting. On-site hours, coverage windows and response commitments depend on the selected plan.
What happens before we start?
The discovery call is free. If you proceed, a paid Business Systems Audit produces a written Systems Report and recommended next steps. Its fee is credited toward your plan. Your written proposal confirms the service scope, pricing and terms.
Is onboarding included?
The standard onboarding fee equals one month of your plan. That fee is waived when you prepay for 12 months. Any separately scoped projects or migrations are quoted before work begins.
Are backup and advanced security included?
Standard endpoint protection is included in managed IT. Cloud backup, disaster recovery and advanced security are available as separately scoped services. We specify the coverage in your agreement.
Can I speak to an engineer after hours?
During business hours, calls connect to a live engineer. After hours, the automated line takes your details, opens a ticket and routes it according to your plan. Coverage and response commitments vary by tier.
How long does the $999 introductory rate last?
Enrollment is available through October 31, 2026. The rate and how long it applies are confirmed in your written agreement. Ask us to explain those terms before you enroll.
