A PLAN FOR THE WAY YOU WORK
Start with the business. Connect the technology.
Before a move or refit, the obvious decisions are desks and equipment. The less visible ones can matter just as much: the internet installation date, how shared files are accessed and who supports each application. We help Ocoee businesses connect those decisions with everyday IT support, so the new environment has a documented starting point.
01
Plan the connection before opening.
Check the carrier handoff, equipment space, wired devices and wireless needs. Coordinate the network scope with the building’s access rules and the opening schedule. A connection being available nearby is not confirmation that it is installed in your suite.
Review business email, user access and shared data before changing computers or providers. Microsoft 365 management and migration can be scoped separately, with permissions and ownership confirmed so the business retains control of its information.
Once the agreed environment is in place, managed monitoring, patches, endpoint protection and help desk support create the operating baseline. Monthly reporting keeps the IT discussion connected to the business after the initial project is over.

THE LOCAL PERSPECTIVE
Ocoee. Your business context.
Ocoee’s business and development resources cover operating a business and preparing property for its intended use. For an IT project, the corresponding starting point is the actual premises and timeline. Confirm the suite, permissions and dependencies before making equipment commitments.
Service is delivered by Nexgen Business Solutions from our Orlando headquarters. We confirm the business address, remote support needs and any visit arrangements before committing to on-site work. Your agreement defines included hours and response commitments.
The free discovery call is followed, if you proceed, by a paid Business Systems Audit. You receive a written Systems Report with priorities and a recommended tier. The audit fee is credited toward your plan.
We can discuss a defined project during the discovery call. The paid assessment and proposal identify the work, dependencies and price before installation. Ongoing managed support is agreed separately or alongside the project.
Can you confirm internet service for our new suite?
We can review the connectivity requirements as part of planning, but the carrier must confirm service availability, installation and its own commitments at the actual address.
How much will ongoing support cost?
Published plans start with the introductory Entry Level IT offer for 3 to 6 devices, with larger bands available. A server counts as two devices. The assessment confirms the environment, coverage and final proposal.
