NEXGEN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS / BUSINESS CYBERSECURITY

Cybersecurity that fits your business

Build protection into daily operations, with deeper security services scoped to your risks.

BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION

Protect the business behind the devices.

Security is more than installing a product. It involves the people using your systems, the access they hold, the network connecting them and the information your business depends on. The right starting point is a clear view of those risks.

Nexgen helps Central Florida businesses build a practical security scope around their environment. Standard endpoint protection is included in managed IT. More advanced detection, threat monitoring and compliance support are available as separately scoped services.

A CLEAR SCOPE

What the work looks like.

01

Endpoint and network protection

Review protection across workstations, servers and the network. Managed firewall services, endpoint detection and response, and vulnerability testing can be scoped to the environment.

02

Visibility and response

Advanced threat monitoring and SIEM monitoring are available where the business needs deeper visibility. The agreement defines what is monitored, the coverage window and how issues are escalated.

03

People and requirements

Security awareness and compliance support help connect technical controls to the way people work. We review the specific requirements, responsibilities and gaps before proposing a scope.

Advanced security and compliance services are scoped separately. A service engagement is not a certification or a guarantee that an incident cannot occur.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Useful answers.
Clear expectations.

Is advanced cybersecurity included in every IT plan?

Endpoint protection is part of every managed IT package. Advanced endpoint detection, threat monitoring, SIEM monitoring and other specialized security work are separately scoped. Your proposal identifies the actual coverage.

Can you help with compliance requirements?

We provide compliance support for business requirements such as HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR and CCPA. The engagement starts with the systems, data and obligations in scope. Specific contractual requirements are reviewed before agreement; no certification is implied.

What should we do if we suspect an active incident?

Existing clients should call 407-966-4609 and explain what happened, when it started and which systems are affected. Do not send passwords or sensitive records through the website form. Requests are routed according to the service agreement.

Where does backup fit into security?

Backup and disaster recovery support the recovery side of the plan. They are separately scoped services, with retention, recovery priorities and responsibilities defined for the business.
