Business email and administration
Get a clear scope for mailbox administration, account changes and business email support. We confirm the services already in place and the access needed to manage them.
NEXGEN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS / MICROSOFT 365 & CLOUD
Bring business email, user access and cloud administration into a coordinated support plan.
BUILT AROUND YOUR OPERATION
Email, shared work and account access sit at the center of a modern office. When they are managed as disconnected tasks, a new starter, departing employee or migration can create more work than it should.
Nexgen provides Microsoft 365 management and business cloud support for Central Florida companies. We review your users, existing services and administration needs, then put the ongoing scope and any migration work in writing.
A CLEAR SCOPE
Get a clear scope for mailbox administration, account changes and business email support. We confirm the services already in place and the access needed to manage them.
Plan how account setup, access changes and departures are requested and handled. Responsibilities are documented so your business knows who authorizes a change and who carries it out.
Moving email or changing a cloud environment needs its own plan. We scope the source, destination, users, dependencies and handover before the migration begins.
Microsoft 365 management, licenses, additional mailboxes and migrations are confirmed in the proposal. Do not assume they are all included in a managed IT tier.
BEFORE WE BEGIN
Microsoft 365 management is available as an add-on. Business Complete includes up to three managed business mailboxes; additional mailboxes and migration work are scoped separately. Your proposal confirms the mailbox platform, licensing and administration included.
Email migrations can be scoped as a project. We first review the existing environment, user count, data and any dependencies, then agree the migration plan and cost.
Yes. Remote IT support and cloud administration can support a distributed team. On-site work is available across Central Florida when physical equipment or local infrastructure needs attention.
An approximate user count, the services you currently use, who administers them and what is causing problems are useful starting points. Do not send account credentials through the inquiry form.
